More than just a hiring event, the IFCCI Bonjour Talents 2026 is designed to shape the future of Indo-French talent collaboration and business growth.

Event Format:

The event will unfold in three parts.

• Panel Discussion (Employer Branding focused) to give the candidates quick visibility in the corporate culture, values, aspirations and growth path of the participating companies.
• The Alumni will rotate across company tables in brief, structured conversations (5 minutes each), giving recruiters immediate visibility into a wide spectrum of talent.
• This will be followed by a Networking Reception, encouraging deeper discussions and relationship-building in a more relaxed environment.

The format balances efficiency in talent access with community-building in engagement.

• 1+ years of work experience
