Anyone representing an eligible startup, academic or research institution, corporate organisation, or investment entity based in India or France can register.
You can:

Click “Register” on the homepage and fill out a form with your name, professional email, and password. You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) for email verification before proceeding to profile creation.
Using a professional email helps confirm your association with a verified organisation and reduces spam or fake registrations. If you don’t yet have a company domain, you can register with a personal email and later verify your identity through a Letter of Authorisation.
Choose the country where your organisation is legally registered. You can still collaborate and interact with stakeholders from both countries once your profile is active.
Age confirmation ensures users have the legal capacity to represent an organisation and enter into partnership or business agreements.
Gender information is optional. It is collected solely to track diversity participation and identify women-led or gender-inclusive enterprises—never for any discriminatory purpose.
Click the “Create Organisation Profile” button to manually add your company or institution. The information will go through a short verification process before appearing in the directory.
Upload a clear, professional headshot in JPG or PNG format (under 5 MB). Avoid group photos, logos or casual images.
Yes. You can update your personal and organisational details anytime through your account dashboard.
Entity KYC (Know Your Customer) is a verification process that ensures individuals and organisations on the portal are legitimate. It builds trust, improves data integrity and prevents fraudulent activity.
Verification usually takes 1–2 working day(s), depending on the completeness of your documentation. You’ll receive an email once your account has been approved.
Yes. You can explore the portal and build your profile, but certain actions—like posting opportunities—will only be available once verification is complete.

The platform helps connect with relevant Indian and French stakeholders for the soft-landing of your business in India or France. Business services are not provided directly on the platform.
Once verified, you can browse user and organisation profiles through the portal’s built-in directory.
Yes. You can adjust your visibility settings to make your profile public to all verified users or restrict it to specific categories such as startups, corporates, investors or academia.
All user data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. The portal follows GDPR (EU) and DPDP (India) compliance frameworks to ensure data privacy, secure storage, and responsible use.
No. Your information is not shared, sold or used by any third party. It is only utilised internally for verification, analytics and collaboration purposes.
Verification documents are securely deleted within 90 days of KYC approval, unless legal or compliance obligations require extended retention.
Yes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data anytime by contacting our support team/ accessing profile dashboard, in accordance with GDPR and DPDP rights.
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t receive it, click “Resend OTP” on the registration page or contact support.
Yes. Navigate to your profile’s verification section and click “Re-upload document” before your verification is finalised.
Please contact support to merge duplicate entries. Each organisation should have only one verified profile in the directory.

Currently, registration and standard usage are free. Future premium services—such as featured listings or advanced analytics—may be offered transparently.
